Information
Is often grown in pots and urns or as border- and bed plant in Greece. The plants are shaped like balls and are uniform and very compact with small leaves but with a potent and aromatic taste of basil, ab. 20 cm tall. Greek basil cannot handle really bad weather as well as the common basil if growing in plots. There are, however, no problems at all with this decorative little variant of basil during normal summers. A portion contains about 400 seeds.
