Electronic Invoicing
Are you ordering from a municipality or region and need an e-invoice?
No problem! Order as usual and fill in the fields for the PEPPOL ID and reference (note: reference only, no other words may be entered). To confirm the order, you need to sign with your own BankID. The signature does not make you the buyer of the order, but confirms that you are authorized to order for the organization. It is like signing with a pen.
If you are unsure of your PEPPOL ID or do not have a BankID, ask your finance department for assistance. Both e-identification and e-invoicing are subject to Sweden's laws and regulations.
