We use the Svea Checkout service provided by Svea Bank AB. Their terms for the service can be found here. You can pay with most common payment cards, directly via bank, with Swish, in installments, or by invoice. Using Svea Checkout is free of charge for you as a customer, but additional fees may apply depending on the payment method you choose.

For payment via Swish, we cooperate with Svea Ekonomi AB. You pay quickly and securely by verifying your payment with Mobile BankID.

Card payments are processed according to applicable rules for online payments within the EU. We use a PCI-DSS certified card payment solution hosted by Svea Bank AB. The money is reserved in your account at the time of the order. All transactions are encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). No card numbers are stored. We use the latest security technology for online card payments, 3D-Secure, a standard developed by VISA and MasterCard designed to securely validate consumers when shopping online. The purchase amount is reserved in your account and is charged when we dispatch your order.

Direct payment via internet bank is processed via Trustly. Trustly supports several Swedish banks and is free of charge for you as a customer. During payment, you are automatically redirected to your internet bank where you log in and approve the transaction. The money is deducted directly from your account when you approve the transaction.

To shop on invoice, you must provide your Swedish personal identification number or organization number at checkout. In order to shop on invoice, you must be registered in the Swedish population register and be over 18 years old. You must not have any payment defaults. All invoices are assigned to Svea Bank AB. A standard credit check is performed after personal information is provided at checkout, and in some cases, this involves obtaining a credit report. A copy of the credit report will be sent to you.

The payment terms for invoices are 30 days. In case of late payment, a reminder fee and statutory interest will apply. Late payment interest is 2% per month. If payment is not made, the invoice will be handed over to collections.

Currently, foundations or economic associations cannot choose invoice as a payment method, please select another method. If you have any questions regarding payment as a foundation or economic association, please contact us at info@runabergsfroer.se.

For organizations that require e-faktura (including government agencies, municipalities, and regions), the best option is to place the order on the website and enter your Peppol ID and reference. The person placing the order may need to sign the purchase using their Bank-id, which corresponds to a signature to confirm the order and that they are authorized to make it.

Installment Payment: Through our cooperation with Svea Bank AB, you can sign a credit agreement and thus be able to pay for your purchase in installments. You can select the credit period by checking the campaign option that suits you best. The purchase can always be paid in full at any time before the due date. To be eligible for installment payments, you must be over 18 years old and registered in Sweden. A standard credit check will be performed after personal information is provided at checkout, and in some cases, this involves obtaining a credit report. A copy of the credit report will be sent to you.

International orders

For orders outside of Sweden, you, as the customer, are responsible for contacting the relevant authorities in the destination country to find out about any import restrictions, required permits, and any taxes or fees that may apply. We, Runåbergs Fröer, cannot issue plant health certificates, and orders requiring such will be at your own risk. Please also refer to our page for international orders.

Postage and Fees

Shipping costs will be added to your order. We primarily use Postnord's letter service, and the shipping fee is mainly determined by the weight of your order. It is calculated when you complete your order, before you proceed with payment, and the cost is clearly displayed at checkout. For some orders, multiple shipping options may be available. No COD fee is added.

Free shipping applies to orders with a delivery address within Sweden for purchases over SEK 500, as long as the package weight does not exceed 2 kg. This offer is valid only for certain delivery options available in the checkout on the web store.

For manual orders placed via a form, an administration fee of SEK 30 will apply.

Delivery

You, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact information provided at the time of order are correct. We will normally ship your order within 1–5 business days after receiving it. The transport time from us to you is not included in the handling time and will be added. Within Sweden, the transport time is typically 1–3 business days, sometimes up to 7 business days. For international orders, transport times are usually longer. Available shipping methods may vary and will be shown at checkout. For trackable delivery options, you will find your tracking ID in the email sent from us when the order leaves our warehouse. The mobile number provided may be used by Postnord for delivery notifications. Contact our customer service if the delivery of your order is delayed or does not arrive.

Guarantee

As usual, we test the germination and seed vigor of all seeds before each new season. The best-before date (year and month) and the minimum germination rate from our tests are printed on the back of the seed packet. We guarantee the germination rate until the best-before date. Store seeds in a dry and cool place to maintain their vitality until sowing.

All seeds we offer meet at least the minimum germination requirements as per EU regulations and are not treated with chemical seed dressings or other substances.
