Our list

For a moment, let's look at cultivation from a self-sufficiency perspective and pick out a small list of the smartest things we have! We need proteins, carbohydrates and nutrients. If we can also easily take our own seed from these varieties, they get plus points. Of course, you add things to your own list that you like best and that work well where you grow.

And by simple means, we can help the chosen plants and also improve our seed, through selection, year after year.
