Information
Is an unusual, beautiful, almost spherical aubergine from Italy. The fruit is large, 10-14 cm wide, a drop-like round in a colour of varying lavender and white. The flesh is firm, mild and crispy, without the least bitterness. It is as tasty as it looks. Rosa Bianca is an old sort which is still very much sought after. A portion contains about 20 seeds.
