Information
A very fine head lettuce yielding a large beautiful head of plump, juicy leaves, a light yellow-green at the bottom, red further out. R.C. can be sown during the whole season and has proved slow to bloom. It can handle both heat and cold without going bad. Red Cross is a most delicious and beautiful head lettuce.
A portion contains about 200 seeds.
NOTE! The seeds are grown responsibly without pesticides and artificial fertilizers and in a cultivation that is in transition to become organically certified. Conversion to an organically certified cultivation takes 2 years and seeds harvested during that time are classified as "conventional" in year 1 and "under conversion" in year 2.
