Green in Snow, organic seed

Eco New variety

Information

A variety of salad mustard from China with green, large, slightly serrated leaves. The leaves have a mild but distinct mustard flavor and can be harvested gradually. The rosette-like plant can also be harvested whole when it reaches 25–30 cm in height. Young leaves are excellent to mix raw in salads, but the flavor intensifies as the leaves age. To soften the mustard taste, the leaves can be quickly heated. As the name suggests, Green in Snow is very cold-tolerant and can be harvested until snow covers it. Like many Asian cabbage plants, it tends to flower willingly when sown in the spring. Therefore, wait to sow until July or August. Annual.

One portion contains about 250 seeds.
