Ipomea purpurea is uncommon and double-flowering and blooms for more than one day. The flowers are ruby-red and produce a half-double, somewhat frayed impression. Sunrise serenade is an old sort which has come back and is the Ipomea which flowers the longest in autumn here (in Sweden). New sort 2008. One portion contains about 20 seeds.
