Crimson clover, organic seeds

Eco New variety

Information

The crimson clover grows quickly and covers the ground with its light green foliage. It blooms with bright blood-red, pointed clover flowers on stems raised above the foliage, to the delight of insects. When sown in late spring or early summer, the crimson clover blooms in August and September, and with late sowing, it overwinters well. In its second year, it blooms abundantly throughout the summer. The plant reaches about 30 cm in height and regrows after being mowed during the summer. Crimson clover belongs to the pea family and is nitrogen-fixating. It is biennial.

One portion contains about 25g.
