Beta vulgaris var. conditiva
Yellow beet. Provides a round, yellow-orange root with a sweet and mild flesh that retains its nice colour even after cooking. The yellow beet doesn't "bleed" as the red ones. It also has a better quality when large, than the red ones. Touchstone can be sown until July and is ideal to store. The most uniform yellow beet we have ever tried. A portion contains about 150 seeds. MOFGA-certified seed. See under Info etc. - Ecologically grown seeds.
