As hinted by the name, this tomato is quite
sweet with its 10,5 degrees in the Brix table. But the sweetness is not too dominant.
It allows a pleasant sourness with a hint of wine and tropical fruits. This is
a flourishing, high-growing cherry tomato that delivers a fine crop in the
greenhouse and in sheltered areas on open land. The fruits are red with a
slight pink tone, 20-22 mm in diameter and ripen in hanging clusters all
through the season. Although Sweet Aperitif has a thin skin it rarely cracks. A
rather early and new variety of tomato developed in England, Sweet Aperitif has
fast become a favourite among growers seeking small and delicious taste bombs. A
package contains about 20 seeds. Organic seeds.
