Canellino, organic seeds
The famous Minestrone bean plant from Italy with large white to light-green kidney-shaped beans which are shelled out of the yellow-green pods and cooked fresh, not just for Minestrone but for other dishes as well. The beans are very mild and tender but still keep their firmness when boiled. This bean plant is medium-sized and sturdy. Cannellino may also be allowed to grow as long as possible in autumn and be harvested as dried cooking beans for use in winter, white seeds. A portion contains about 50 seeds.
