Brassica napus pabularia
Has white stems and nerves in the leaves in contrast to Red Russian which has red-violet ones. W.R. grows both broader and taller and yields a substantially larger crop and it tolerates much more cold and freezing in the winter. The leaves are smooth with curly and deeply cut edges. White Russian is an old Siberian leaf-cabbage with the best flavour after frost. A portion contains about 150 seeds. MOFGA-certified seed. See under Info etc. - Ecologically grown seeds.
