Tondo Chiaro di Nizza, organic seeds
Yields spherical fruits that are very rich in flavour and perfect for baking in the oven. The peel which is quite thin is green with light spots. The fruits should be harvested at 10-15 cm for oven baking or small 3-5 cm boiled whole. Tondo di Nizza is more than 100 years old and a delicacy. A portion contains about 8-10 seeds.
