Lungo d'Inverno, organic seeds
Is a vigorous Italian winter leek of dark-blue-green spreading leafage. The neck is thick and completely white with small tendency towards a bulb. It grows to medium height, 15-20 cm, depending on how high it has been banked up. Inverno, which was introduced in 1906, yields a large crop of excellent leeks which cope with hard winters. A portion contains about 200 seeds.
