Also called Heung Kunn (Apium graveolens), is a fast-growing Chinese celery with a unique aroma of celeriac. Kintsai has thin stems and grows about 25 cm tall. It is a wild, genuine celery used raw, poached, fried, preserved and as herb, fresh or dried. Pre-cultivate or sow directly in a warm place. Read more under celeriac. 2000 seeds/g.
