Corn Cockle (Campion)
Agrostemma githagoof the Caryophyllaceae family is annual with single 3-5 cm large red-violet flowers on a slender plant. It is fast-growing and hardy. The wild corn cockle was once a common weed in the fields but is well worth preserving. It is a suitable cut flower.
SOWING: Sow directly, successively too if you want to about 1 cm deep.
SEEDS: 1 g contains about 175 seeds.
