Northern Pickling, organic
Is a very early pickling gherkin of medium green fruits, which, like all pickling cucumbers, should be harvested young for the best flavour. The vines are quite short with an abundance of fruits. Northern Pickling, which is resistant to spot disease, has, every year, yielded the biggest crop of all the early standard sorts. It was introduced in 1955. A portion contains about 20 seeds. MOFGA-certified seed. See under Info etc. - Ecologically grown seeds.
